This vexatious litigation timeline is driven by the actions against me as described here. See links for further details.
I set out a wide range of negotiations to resolve this in around 2019 with Shetland Police and Hugh Harrop but my negotiations to resolve this were ignored. Hugh Harrop, Margaret Meek and Noel Hawkins continued to submit false allegations and fake charges to COPFS all found to have no evidence.
I have informed Police Scotland and the Courts I have been monitored and under surveillance by this group since 2018 at least but have been ignored as have the false allegations and fake charges.
This is my direct lived experience with reasonable fair use of public social media posts as examples of targeted harassment.
Article 10 ECHR protects this page. I have felt fear, alarm, very distressed, overwhelmed, harassed and hounded over the last ten years.

There is no due process as charges are being sent to trial without telling me what for or who by and even PIRC will not address this. I have a legal right to know what I have been accused of before any trial.
Over 100 anonymous profiles have been set up to report me to police, fabricate false allegations and fake charges all by same group of people above even while having treatment for cancer in Margaret Meek and Ullapool Sea Savers
Noel Hawkins has me under surveillance for well over 4 years now, breaking my EHRC right to privacy, a right to a normal life and freedom from constant surveillance.
Hounded and harassed. These posts of my vehicle posted many times to police, monitor me, keep me under surveillance. All public posts as appeared on google search.
Long-term, non-consensual monitoring of my movements by strangers in the UK is illegal and constitutes criminal harassment or stalking.
They can monitor me for 6 years yet I’m charged for fabricated stalking and police won’t listen to me. They have all the screenshots too.
