Interference by complete stranger Ruth Davey who also interfered with my correspondence with Highland council in another incident. Both Highland Council and RD breaking confidentiality and DPA. Is this fair right or legal to be under this much surveillance by Ullapool man for the rest of my life? Still online (public post) and still being reported 3 years later – breaks my EHRC right to privacy, a right to a normal life and freedom from constant surveillance by Hawkins.
