2019 Facebook Campaign Impersonating a Police Brigade

2019 Facebook Campaign Impersonating a Police Brigade.

The creation of a Facebook campaign impersonating a police brigade for the purpose of encouraging third parties to make reports against the victim is a criminal matter.

Section 90 of the Police Act 1996 makes it an offence to impersonate a police officer or police organisation. Depending on the specific content and conduct involved, additional offences under the Communications Act 2003 and the Malicious Communications Act 1988 may also apply.

Furthermore, encouraging third parties to make false or malicious reports to the police against a specific individual, as part of a coordinated campaign, is conduct capable of constituting anattempt to pervert the course of justice — a common law offence in Scotland carrying apotentially unlimited sentence.

This was co-ordinated under fake profiles who are known to Hugh Harrop, Noel Hawkins, Helen Iliffe-Adsett and John Horner. No investigation was done to find the source of the fake profiles

This is just a selection of many. There is possibly evidence they have used messaging systems such as WhatsApp to discuss strategy against me via fake profile Geoffstarkie.

Although I am tagged I am not part of the conversation but they want to make it look like he said, she said. All one sided as I was not part of this.
