Karen Hall calls this request for cetacean sightings “being a nuisance” I was informed by Police.
So I have been involved in conservation for over 50 years. Yet they blocked me from any wildlife information especially orca and cetaceans. Nothing sensitive about this. Available to all.
Shetland Karen Hall, NatureScot who with Hugh Harrop, Shetland Wildlife Holidays was involved in getting me arrested the first time (note the “ours didn’t”), would also have known I was going through cancer treatment and operations when this gem was posted.

Thanking Noel Hawkins for using my medical appointments and operations as fake stalking charges and making up stalking charges when I’ve never encountered him in Ullapool nor any child from Ullapool Sea Savers. Public post btw.
This was because I was asking for cetacean information in Karen Hall’s role as Marine Mammal advisor for Shetland for NatureScot. I asked several times. And this is “being a nuisance”.
Eventually I was sent the information from CEO of NatureScot. It was 1 A4 sheet of information. M
Naturescot with full blessing of their board had blocked my email from their whole system so I could not register any feedback or complaints.
And my emails for this cetacean information to Karen Hall are directed to the CEO by their IT department. Then CEO sends me the said 1 x A4 sheet of information.
I have the SAR and all emails asking for this information.
Nothing secret about it just wanted to keep the data from me, an interested whale watcher.
