Noel Hawkins charge. This was the fabricated charge from Noel Hawkins while I registered at Ullapool Medical centre. Registered for hysteroscopies, biopsies and eventually a radical hysterectomy for womb cancer. More here.
Then he put in extra fabricated charges which were all my visits to the medical centre for womb cancer. Again causing again “fear and alarm” in Noel Hawkins charge.
If you look on the police website there are a number of terms you can use like “fear” and “alarm” whether you are or not. He made it up.
Somehow it was made up with enough criminal points to get to PF. Who by? Ex police advising him? Legal amateurs of legal friends telling him what to say and what to do?
I said right from the start this didn’t happen. Solicitor laughed and said whatever.
So I do wonder how it got through police and PF without being talked to myself. Those words are all you have to say to stitch someone up, frame them, use as process of punishment.
Going to Boots in Shore street to pick up my prescriptions caused “fear and alarm” in Noel Hawkins charge. This is also outside his “office” Shearwater Cruises from where he runs wildlife tours. Again CCTV will show me picking up prescriptions then leaving straight to my van and driving off.

Police didn’t speak to me about any of this.
They also knew I was having treatment for cancer but railroaded the extra fake charges last year which correlated also to going to the medical centre. I have the dates from the medical centre, my diary, the emails I sent to the police and the notes I shoved through Ullapool Police station. They were the only time I went into Ullapool. All ignored by solicitor, police and the courts.
I made these public at the time so everyone was aware.
People reported me from Elphin, Knockan Crag, Tescos Inverness, Ullapool, Assynt. Ullapool Craic is Noel Hawkins.
What course of conduct? I never encountered Noel Hawkins anywhere around Ullapool, I never encountered Ullapool Sea Savers in Ullapool.
I’ve never contacted any of them personally only for a SAR for which they reported me to the police. Never texted, never emailed personally, never phoned.
Latheron car park is Tescos going shopping caused “fear and alarm” in Noel Hawkins charge. Any cctv or anyone watching would have seen me go shopping and come out straight to my van again. But I’m on my own and unless I wear a bodycam 24/7 have no witness to going shopping.
Ullapool Pier – going on a ferry caused “fear and alarm”, riverside Terrace I think that’s Broomfield campsite – doing my laundry caused “fear and alarm” in Noel Hawkins charge. Again any CCTV or anyone watching would have seen me go straight to the ferry and afterwards go straight to my van.
All Ullapool ie medical centre and elsewhere. Going to Assynt, Elphin, Lochinver, Inverness, Knockan Crag, Durness all caused “fear and alarm” to a middle aged adult man while I nearly 70 was going through symptoms and operations for womb cancer. Noel Hawkins charge. I have public posts of Noel Hawkins stating where I’ve been reported back to him.
Solicitor ignored me, police didn’t talk to me, all railroaded through the system. The trial was a shambles.
He’s now putting more charges against me. He’s now in the vexatious litigations territory along with Hugh Harrop.
