The accuser can pick up words from the police website like fear alarm and distress without question.
For example Ullapool man expressed fear and alarm when I went to Tescos to do shopping or drive to the medical centre for womb cancer appointments. They can make anything up. Any cctv or anyone watching would have seen me go shopping and come out straight to my van again. But I’m on my own and unless I wear a bodycam 24/7 have no witness to going shopping.
Police never talked to me.
With perception you can make anything up. Ex police and legal amateurs tell folk what to say, how to say it with enough criminal points to go to PF. It’s a witch hunt.

They know weaponisation and abuse of perception takes place.
The abuse of perception, the process of punishment, using words like fear, alarm and distress to fabricate charges and allegations, using the police and legal system as their own private force, vexatious litigations.
I’ve identified patterns and proofs of fabricated charges over 10 years – all ignored. Never been able to make any counter complaint and all glossed over in favour of the accusers. No fairness, no impartiality, if you don’t have money or status you’re ignored.
Pick n mix policing. Do we get responses to complaints? No. Do police talk to us at any point? No. They and the solicitor knew my cancer appointments were being recorded as fabricated stalking abusive and threatening behaviour ie Ullapool saw me driving to the medical centre to pick up letters for womb cancer or go to boots to pick up repeat prescriptions then reported me to the police.
