As it was unclear why the police did not assess that a crime had occurred during the stalking investigation, PIRC have passed this back to Police Scotland.
This might look positive but they have already decided I am the villain here even with no evidence of stalking, no evidence of abuse nor any evidence of threatening behaviour so nothing will change or stop.
There is no due process any more as charges are being sent to trial without telling me what for or who by and even PIRC will not address this. I have a legal right to know what I have been accused of before any trial but it seems that is not relevant any more.
Even though I’ve been under surveillance by this group for 11 years.
