All views on all these pages are my own protected by Article 10 ECHR. I have felt fear, alarm, very distressed, harassed and hounded over the last ten years by the repeated SM hate attacks on me as stated in the pages here. and by the interference in my private life especially going through uterine cancer treatment and operations.
At no time have I criticised nor wished malice nor ill will on, nor been abusive or threatening to Ullapool Sea Savers, Janis Piggott, her achievements, her expertise, her family, or her business.
This was purely a SAR, because Ullapool Sea Savers and Shearwater Cruises hold photos and data they shouldn’t have about me as I have never done business with them thereby breaking data protection.
They also used these to conduct a smear campaign inciting hate against me in the Highlands. This is against the remits of both organisations and raises questions about any funding they are given.
I took a SAR on Ullapool Sea Savers which I am entitled to do as a citizen and was reported to Police Scotland. Requesting a SAR is not a criminal offence nor should it involve police.
Again Police Scotland did not talk to me about any of this.
A SAR is a request made by or on behalf of an individual for the information which they are entitled to ask for under Article 15 of the UK GDPR. And is usually confidential between parties not for social media public posts.
This is a public post btw by Janis Piggott. Note she says she has not had interaction with me which is what I’ve said also yet they then said I was harassing and abusing kids I’ve never met.
I have never met any of them nor threatened them but even then they used the word stalker in every post using misinformation and lies for their smear campaigns against me. They describe the request for a SAR abusive, harassing, and threatening and call me a stalker purely for requesting a SAR.
As you know SARs have sequences that you go through and everyone usually understands this. These are simple business requests.
What is a Subject Access Request?
A SAR is a legal right under data protection laws (like the UK GDPR). It allows individuals to ask organizations for a copy of their personal data. This includes not just the data itself, but also information about how it’s being used, where it came from, and who it’s shared with.
What is the Purpose of a SAR?
To empower individuals to understand and verify the accuracy of the data held about them. To ensure organizations are complying with data protection laws which Ullapool Seasavers and Shearwater Cruises are not.
To allow individuals to correct inaccurate data or request deletion of unnecessary data which I have been prevented from doing.
Instead of keeping these confidential as you are supposed to she publicly posts for me to be reported back to her and Noel. I was reported to the police for this.
This was when they posted my van details online. Being security conscious I wanted them removed. I did not want attention.
Then the lies and misinformation under the Ullapool Sea Savers and Shearwater Cruises account.
At no point have I met Janis nor attacked her nor interfered in her life.
This was purely to do with how they were using the children’s wildlife charity account Ullapool Sea Savers to conduct a hate campaign against me. After all this is a charity run by children for children.
At this time I was having potential cancer symptoms every day which prompted me to register at Ullapool medical centre for further investigation which was finally diagnosed as uterine cancer. At no time going to the medical centre or going about my business in Ullapool did I encounter Noel Hawkins, Janis Piggott or Ullapool Sea Savers. These are public posts and still online.
Blatant lies and I have no idea where they got this from about these fake identities see below.
They did not have them investigated to find IP address because if they had they certainly would not have been mine. These are just baseless guesses.
It’s just unbelievable what she is describing here and certainly I wouldn’t waste my time doing this.
They though, did steal the last photo of my Dad that I had put on the RNLI in memorium page, created fake profiles, went and abused folk, made fun of dementia with that profile.
But this is what they put together for the stalking charge – nothing was investigated or challenged and police did not speak to me about this.
Sounds as though she was played by another person in the group just like other people were in other false allegations against me. Again I tried to talk to the police about this but had the phone put down on me. They created the fake accounts, played with the fake accounts, said it was me, got people to report the REAL me to the police. Reported to Noel even when going to the medical centre or to Boots to pick up my repeat prescriptions whereupon he fabricated a stalking charge against me whilst all I was doing was having treatment for uterine cancer.
This post seemingly posted by the kids of Ullapool Seasavers seems not to understand the purpose of the SAR as set out above. it’s pretty clear from what they have posted on SM they have photos and data about me they shouldn’t have.
The kids are not understanding the sequence of a SAR that you can ask again if not happy with the first reply which I did but no they refused calling the sequence of the SAR “maliciously motivated”. I have never said that nor inferred it, they have deliberately inferred that not me. Maybe educate the kids that this is a normal SAR sequence which was not maliciously motivated.
I have not received any official notice from ICO that these posts, photos, my email address and contents of this email that was passed around have been deleted from all SM posts or any database held by Ullapool Sea Savers and the people they passed them onto.
They legally should not have any of this as I have never met them or done business with them.
