Margaret Meek Kinlochbervie
Margaret Meek Kinlochbervie framed me 2020, and falsely accused me of the criminal offence of impersonating her.
It cannot be removed from the police system. It is fake. They fabricated the charge. Made it up. I have proved it but all ignored by Police Scotland.
This is another false allegation that made it onto the police database and still stays there even though I had nothing to do with this. All based on hearsay and gossip and no actual evidence.
No one investigated the source of the fake profiles, not police Scotland, not the so called experienced 30 years in cyber forensics in these matters ex police who told the gang what to say and how to say it to try and get me charged. All based on hearsay and gossip no evidence but attributed to me. Yet it stays on the police database even though it is hearsay and gossip.
I can’t get it removed even though there is no evidence and it’s all hearsay. I have found the source of some of the fake profiles but again when I tried to talk to Police Scotland I had the phone put down on me. All hearsay and gossip no evidence but attributed to me.
The people behind all this know Police Scotland won’t spend time or money checking facts and are relying on hearsay so they are getting away with it. No one checked those fake profiles independently so they attributed them to the wrong person purely by hearsay.
So because this hearsay is on the database they used this hearsay to push through the stalking charge and neither have any evidence of crime.
Neither were properly investigated and at no point in either was I approached before the charges went through.
So the gang relying on the Police just going on hearsay and are trying to build up more on this hearsay to get more on the police database to fabricate more charges to increase the likelihood of more trials to imprison me all based on hearsay no evidence. Because I exist.
They weren’t happy with the stalking verdict which for most reasonable people would have been the end of it. So keep reporting me even through my cancer treatment because they are determined to get me imprisoned. Police are just pushing charge after charge through and I can’t do a thing about it. All hearsay no evidence.
All views on all these pages are my own protected by Article 10 ECHR. I have felt fear, alarm, very distressed, harassed and hounded over the last ten years by the repeated SM hate attacks on me as stated in the pages here. and by the interference in my private life especially going through womb cancer treatment and operations.
This is fair use of screenshot examples to show the extent of the smear campaign and witch hunt against me. They are all public posts. Especially as many years ago I had initiated solutions for all parties to resolve this. This was ignored.
This blog is driven by the actions of the Ullapool Shetland group conducting a smear campaign against me. It is a history and timeline over 10 years of their false allegations and vexatious litigations to intimidate, financially ruin me and process of punishment. At no time in the last ten years have I been able to get help from Police Scotland or any legal firm to stop this. Police Scotland just push fabricated charges through to PF and trial without question now before any contact with me. In fact this all happens without contact with me.

So he also demands police deal with this or ‘he or they’ will. Then he has also lied to BDMLR and about the Police. So if anything happens to me or my van there is a record. I have not threatened or spoken to any child in Ullapool. I have also not been abusive or threatened anyone in Ullapool or any group.
Noel Hawkins also uses all these accounts @klondyker, @ullapoolqueen, @ullapoolcraic, @geoffstarkie, and a charity Ullapool Seasavers to spy on me. Noel Hawkins also posts details of my van including photos, VRN and reports me to the police for being in Ullapool. So I am now a sitting target for a lynch mob.

Fake profiles
They set up 2 fake profiles of myself and Margaret Meek Kinlochbervie, also stole her photos, went around harassing others and said it was me. Whereupon Margaret Meek Kinlochbervie claimed I was impersonating her and reported the REAL me to the police. Nothing to do with me.
The fake profile. Very good isn’t it copying links stealing my photos until you spot the join date is the same time as the Margaret Meek fabricated charge of impersonation and the number of posts. I got it removed by Twitter but they set it up again with the tag @shetlandthebest.
How did they get the tag? They mass reported me to get me suspended that set the dorcaseatch tag free so they quickly stole it. I got it removed and it’s now permanently suspended which is good as no one now can use it.
About 70 people involved in the really nasty abuse and I have all the names and screenshots.
Advised
Also 2 ex police officers ’advised’ Margaret Meek Kinlochbervie and others on what to charge me with without doing any investigation all based on hearsay. One of the ex police officers is Richard Wright, 30 years in cyber forensics who couldn’t spot the fake profiles.
They created at least 2 fake profiles of me. They used them to harass other people saying it was me and encouraging them to report the real me to the police which they did.
He couldn’t spot the fake profiles they created and believed the hearsay.

Plus they stole my late fathers photo (see post ) from the RNLI in memorium page and stole my late dog Daisys photo and sent with with abusive messages on Fathers Day 2021. This fake profile is nothing to do with me. I found it very distressing as you can imagine.
This was the last photo I had of my Dad. These people are grown adults in their 50-60s and they do this for fun. One example. They also found my Uncle’s obituary and did the same thing. How did they find my Uncles- because I left a message and candle on his online obituary. 
but they went ahead with reporting me to the police when I had nothing to do with it, no evidence I had anything to do with it just based on hearsay.
