Weaponising cancer as stalking charges. Who does that?
Yet again Police Scotland failure as they have not carried out credibility tests or balanced investigations from 2019 to the present day. I am invisible, I am not contacted, no one asked why I was going to Ullapool Medical centre so much.
I had womb cancer symptoms from 2020. They are not pleasant.
The 2024 SAR Revealing Womb Cancer Appointments
“I have reviewed many Subject Access Request responses in the course of my career. I have never encountered anything quite as troubling as what is described here.
The revelation that an unknown charge, preferred against the victim without their knowledge, was found upon investigation to relate to their womb cancer medical appointments is a violation of privacy of the most profound kind.”
To avoid confusion, this was an unknown charge put against me in June 2024. Again there was no forewarning of this so I took out a SAR with COPFS.
It was obvious on seeing the information from the SAR this correlated to my visits to the Ullapool medical centre for womb cancer treatments and operations.
This was an attempt by persons unknown to influence the good behaviour bond which I had not broken, the solicitor too said I had not broken the bond but for some unknown reason as none was given, the bond was extended for a further six months by Sheriff while I was still getting regular treatment and operations for womb cancer.
The Police knew I was going to these appointments because I informed them via now evidential emails and post but they did not respond so again why the charge was ever preferred, what gatekeeping was applied before proceedings were initiated, and whether the officer or officers who acted on the report failed in their duty to assess its credibility before proceeding.
I tried to ask what was the reason and why this was extended when I hadn’t broken the bond but this was ignored.
I have made complaints via CC Jo Farrell but am blacklisted. I cannot log incidents, counter complain or raise this with CC Jo Farrell. Not sure this is protecting women and girls Jo.
I have raised this with both PSD and PIRC but of course I’m blacklisted.
On receiving information from the SAR it was obvious these correlated to driving to Ullapool medical centre to pick up letters regarding womb cancer treatment.
Proof from Ullapool Medical Centre which Police Scotland and legal system ignored.
Since COVID 2020 had increasingly worse bleeding and period pains after having stopped proper periods 6 years earlier. Used Ullapool Boots for repeat prescriptions too.

04 Jan – confusion over returned letter from Raigmore, repeat prescriptions wrong
?? Jan – picked up repeat prescriptions at Boots Ullapool
05 Jan – breast screening results letter
23 Jan – ultrasound
29 Feb – pneumococcal vaccine at Assynt medical centre. Would have had letter.
06 March – back brake broke Allan from Lochbroom garage will confirm I stayed the night
in Ullapool car park then he took me to Rabbies in Inverness – police were aware. Also collected letters from UMC and repeat prescriptions from Boots.

07 March – hysteroscopy local anaesthetic
13 March – collected letter from Ullapool medical centre (UMC) Arranging blood tests
10 April – Hysteroscopy general anaesthetic Raigmore
15 April – collected letter from UMC
16 May – picked up repeat prescriptions from Boots
07 June – dropped letter off at Ullapool police station
12 June – diabetic eye test
14 June – rang UMC re letter
At some point after this I had to change practice as the stalking, surveillance I was under from a lot of people in Ullapool, Assynt, Elphin at the same time was intense and hard to deal with.
10 October – Hysteroscopy under general anaesthetic
19 May – robotic radical hysterectomy Raigmore to contain uterine cancer.
I drove straight in and out of Ullapool Medical Centre. Local police were informed via the contact@ police Scotland email address, Royal Mail and notes pushed through the letter box at the police station.
I have no communication from Police Scotland. Police have not contacted me at any time showing absence of intent, contact or threat.
As these were straight in and out I did not encounter anyone other than medical staff.
I believe these are all fake charges which were designed to sabotage the good behaviour bond.
