Opencourtdata dot uk does not exist, it is a ghost site still sitting on the internet.

A person with computer technical knowledge has scraped all of my court hearings onto this site knowing they will show up on a google search.
Do not guess what my court hearings are for, that is for my solicitor, the courts and myself to decide. It is no one else’s business. Everyone’s guess has been wrong so far and I’m not about to correct you.
7 entries so far plus 2 on a public Facebook post by a Person.
Google search, Cloudflare, ICO, ScotCourt rolls and other sites have been informed.

Search on Dorcas Eatch and entries like this will come up all on specific dates 27 August, 24 September, 22 October etc and there is usually 2 or 3 of each. Some entries are lower case and some are capitalised.

None of the opencourtdata links works because it is not operational. If you scroll behind the ad on the internet all the details from the ScotCourt Roll of IN25004772 are present. They have been ‘scraped’ from the ScotCourt Roll online listings onto this fake page. Don’t click download as that goes to live porn. Other days the links have gone to phishing shopping sites, trojan viruses and malware.
When you ‘close’ the ‘Ad’ another appears. Still nothing to do with opencourtdata. You cannot fill in the survey as there is no connection behind the pop up. You can’t click on any contact button because it doesn’t exist. Email court button doesn’t go anywhere it doesn’t exist. It goes to this site:
Because this is hosted by Cloudflare it will still get indexed even though it doesn’t exist. It seems to be a well known hack as it has its own review on Reddit and is being used maliciously by bad faith actors,
For some odd reason even though explained step by step with obvious direction to phishing, malware and porn sites, Google is happy to be aligned with this site.
While Google’s automated systems have categorised these fake opencourtdata entries as public court records, the website is a malicious “ghost site.” Clicking the search results executes a sneaky open-redirect that forces users into explicit adult video networks and phishing traps.
Because the data controller is an unreachable ghost entity, Google is currently acting as the sole active distributor of this inaccurate data, phishing, malware and links to live video porn.
This violates Google’s deceptive practices and Personal safety policies by falsely associating my name with explicit and harmful content.
As a result, Google Search is actively processing my personal data to associate my name with explicit and harmful content, causing significant personal distress and severe security risks.
It would really help if you would add to the reports to Google to get these sites taken down and to stop people being duped and clicking on these links and infecting computers and iPhones.
