At Dorcas Eatch trial I asked for a separate room. I did not want to be anywhere near the accuser, Noel Hawkins Ullapool.
Article 10 ECHR protects these pages. I have felt fear, alarm, very distressed, harassed and hounded over the last ten years. By the repeated SM hate attacks on me as stated in the pages here. And by the interference in my private life especially going through uterine cancer treatment and a full hysterectomy.
12 December 2024. Dorcas Eatch trial of fabricated charge of stalking, fabricated abusive and threatening behaviour to Noel Hawkins. Though I never saw the evidence – CASE DISMISSED
Never contacted Noel Hawkins nor encountered him at any time in Ullapool. Nor remotely interested in him yet I am supposedly stalking him. Have never emailed, nor phoned, nor texted, nor messaged, nor been anywhere near him. Never spoken to him in Ullapool. Not remotely interested in him or Ullapool Sea Savers. Police never spoke to me about this just pushed charges through to court. He keeps reporting me to COPFS while having treatment and major surgery for uterine cancer. Failed by police and legal system.
The Sheriff also said I hadn’t broken the 9 months good behaviour bond. So he was not going to award a non harassment order that Noel Hawkins Ullapool had asked for.
Didn’t like that.
Noel Hawkins Ullapool didn’t like that verdict so reported me to CPS again 18/12/24. No idea why.
Common knowledge via google he is an ex drug smuggler, got 5 years while his mates got 15. Search BBC Drug Haul in the Highlands.
Put in a side room with no audio or link at the Dorcas Eatch trial. These rooms need recording systems in place to protect people. We need to have access to court transcripts or minutes for accurate reporting and accountability of the legal system.
The solicitors came in, again not telling me what was said or what they said. No transcript of Dorcas Eatch trial was available either as I asked the Court at the time.
They went back into court, came into the room. Again not telling me anything that was said in court nor what they said. They said you have to plead guilty to either stalking or breach of the peace.
Distressed.
I was very distressed said no as I haven’t done either, they kept saying you have to choose. Pressured to plead guilty to breach of the peace. Even though I knew I haven’t been abusive or threatening to anyone, just not me.
The solicitors would not re enter court unless I chose. There is no option to plead not guilty at that point even though I kept saying no it didn’t happen. I know this is a false allegation from Noel Hawkins and said so right from the start.
The solicitor’s reply to that was “whatever”. I have never encountered Noel Hawkins or Ullapool Sea Savers in Ullapool.
My solicitor failed me at Dorcas Eatch trial. Not listened to. Nor taken through the court process. Not told what was happening in court. No transcripts.
Very distressed.
Not listened to. Very little communication if any. Not represented in any way. Still traumatised by the whole experience. Going through uterine cancer at the time. Didn’t feel any support from anyone prejudged guilty all the way. and didn’t go above and beyond, quite the opposite, they didn’t bother. No decision challenged. Very bad experience. Pushed me to plead on a false allegation.
If anyone else is in this situation I’d recommend recording everything as much as possible legally. Ask for written records from everyone involved.
I have never been abusive nor threatening to Noel Hawkins or anyone in Ullapool or anywhere for that matter. Janis Piggott, his partner reported me to the police for requesting a SAR on Ullapool Sea Savers.
Emails.
The emails at Dorcas Eatch trial to BDMLR in an attempt to stop his hate campaign had been submitted to my solicitors as his evidence. Stripped of all his offensive screenshots posted on social media. These included threats of physical violence against me ie deal with me, sort me out. COPFS are ignoring the falsification and incomplete email evidence submitted at trial.
Hawkins stole my copyrighted portrait for Dorcas Eatch trial that was at least 10 years old to give to friends to “identify” me. Passed to police Scotland and COPFS. I did not give anyone permission to use my copyrighted portrait.
Given a 6 month good behaviour bond at Dorcas Eatch trial. In that time had further public false allegations attributed to me by Noel Hawkins. These were my medical appointments for uterine cancer all proved by records from the medical centre but ignored by police and court.

Further reports after trial Dorcas Eatch made to the police and further false allegations to COPFS. I have all the public screenshots from them etc. posted on my birthday too which the group usually do. Bombarding BTO and RPS.
Even on the trial day a new defamatory blog from the group popped up.
June 2024 Noel Hawkins Ullapool submitted extra charges (see below) designed to sabotage the good behaviour bond.
The police didn’t interview me about these either. The local police knew because I emailed and snail mailed them every time. So how did the police not know?
Symptoms of uterine cancer.
I had covid Feb 2020, then long covid, then small amounts of breakthrough bleeding from 2021. Over time this became daily with daily cramping it was obvious something was wrong and needed investigating. I registered at Ullapool medical centre as it was convenient for me and so the sequence of investigations began – ultrasound 2022-23, then hysteroscopies from Jan 2024. The first one removed a lot of growths. The second removed more leading to a biopsy showing uterine cancer and having a robotic radical hysterectomy – ovaries, uterus and cervix removed, in May 2025.
And reported to COPFS. Every time I went to Ullapool from 2/2024.
Reports.
Seen driving to the medical centre for appointments for breakthrough bleeding(reported).
And for picking up letters for a hysteroscopy at Raigmore(reported every time). First one didn’t go well then a month later had a GA hysteroscopy(reported as picked up next appointment letter). Then picked up a letter of results (reported again) plus picked up my prescriptions(reported again).
They removed lots of polyps and abnormal growths. I also had diabetic checks at the centre (reported again) and diabetic eye tests (reported again).
Had usual blood tests (reported again). Given that I drove straight to the medical centre. Went in picked up letters, then drove out again taking not most than half an hour.

All reported as stalking and abusive and threatening behaviour as add on after Dorcas Eatch trial. I stopped going into Ullapool unless it was for medical reasons. They all correlate.
Local police told via email and snail mail every time I was driving into Ullapool. And for what reason. ie appointment or picking up a letter or picking up repeat prescriptions because it was necessary I attended these appointments. To be noted on the police system plus I entered them in my diary. Whether they were or not I have no idea as no one responded. These will stay on the system as evidence of my criminality – having tests for cancer.
What’s the saying – it takes a village. I’ve basically been run out of Ullapool while I was registered at the medical centre undergoing treatment for uterine cancer, hysteroscopies and collecting repeat prescriptions. Against my human rights to stop me accessing my medical arrangements by reporting my drives to the centre.

If I didn’t like you would I make an area where you are having medical treatment so unbearable you can’t go there – no, just don’t understand that mindset.
I needed investigation and treatment. Collect my NHS appointments for hysteroscopies, and have usual appointments but I can’t do this now. I collect my repeat prescriptions from Boots, shop at Tescos, go on the ferry and all these instances were reported as section 39(1) as well as shopping at Tescos Inshes Inverness.
Personally I believe any stalking charge, male or female, should be properly investigated by the police to stop false allegations like this and to protect everyone. I‘ve not met this person in Ullapool, nor been anywhere near him nor remotely interested in him, nor phoned, nor texted, nothing. But yet I get the criminal record even after he puts more false charges against me.

At no point in this case or the further charges to COPFS was I interviewed by Police Scotland.
Never knew how much I was being spied on in Ullapool.
Also I still need the authorities to explain to me how for over 5 years, these men can stalk, police, harass, threaten, conduct a witch-hunt against me (a 67 year old woman with long covid and cancer).
Put public ‘wanted’ photos of my motorhome on the internet. Get people to report me to them. Threaten to deal with me.
Try to force the police to arrest and section me, try to charge me with harassing and abusing children, involve MSPs (and I tried to report all this to Police Scotland but was ignored).
Then does a DARVO, reports me to Police Scotland for a false allegation of stalking to trial. I was never interviewed by the police.

Since the trial of Dorcas Eatch STILL Noel Hawkins Ullapool makes further public false allegations obviously attributed to me. Still polices and monitors me publicly even while having and recovering from a radical hysterectomy. And I’m the one who is forced to go to trial using my pension savings for this false allegation. (£20,000).
I have no multitude of aliases, that is the biggest lie being put about by these people creating false allegations about me. Find the IP address of fake ids or do proper investigations before making further false accusations and spreading misinformation for malicious purposes. Or look into their own group as to who is doing it and get independent people to investigate who is behind it.
Again, misinformation regarding the address in the papers. I have never lived there. It is not my address.

And the harassment and public false allegations continued day after day after the trial of Dorcas Eatch. Lots of ex nurses who you would have thought would recognise what hysteroscopies are for and why I am having regular checks.
Not happy with the result the same group of people have already reported me 18/12/24 to the police and COPFS again – no idea why.
October 2025. Local newspaper Ross-shire Journal FB page hacked into. And their meta description overwritten with defamatory libellous material of a sexual nature including raping me. Reported to IPSO for breaking the editors code of conduct.
It has been going on for 10 years. The main people getting me arrested and making false allegations are Hugh Harrop, Noel Hawkins, John Horner (owner of Geoffstarkie account), Ruth Davey (Watts), Helen Iliffe-Adsett. It is affecting my medical treatment and recovery for uterine cancer.
