The Sheriff also said as I hadn’t broken the 9 months good behaviour bond he was not going to award a non harassment order that Noel Hawkins had asked for.
They didn’t like the verdict. So the same group of people reported me again on 18/12/24 to COPFS again – no idea why.They know very well I have not been sentenced so I don’t know why they are using a fake profile to spread lies.

He sabotaged my good behaviour bond with fake charges that all correlate to my necessary appointments at the Ullapool medical centre which as stated below found early stages of cancer. Which the police were aware of and again didn’t stop the fake charges going to COPFS.
I have had 2 hysteroscopies under general anaesthetic. All so far have removed precancerous growths. So I’ve just heard from my consultant from Raigmore and my endometrial hyperplasia has worsened so we are talking cancer here hopefully caught early with a robotic hysterectomy.
Doesn’t bear thinking about that if they had sabotaged my NHS treatment it would have developed into something nastier like uterine cancer. And the police and COPFS let him enter false allegations and fake charges which were obviously medical appointments.

For the last 10 years Hugh Harrop and Noel Hawkins and others have manipulated the police and legal system against me due to grudges and hurty feelings. I tried 10 years ago to sort this out but was ignored by Hugh Harrop and it hasn’t stopped. Hugh Harrop can’t deny this nor can he deny I apologised at the time. More vexatious litigations to come apparently from 2016. Yes posted Feb 24 around the time of my first hysteroscopy to investigate possible cancer and at the same time the false allegation was going through the first good behaviour bond which I didn’t break but solicitor couldn’t care less. Public posts available to all. So they are trying to stack them up continuously.
This is on top of the 2 arrests by Hugh Harrop for trivial things, 19 hours in a holding cell both times.

You’re talking about a sophisticated professional set up here just to punish me. One person, destroy me and make me destitute. These people have over 10 years of data on me. They downloaded my photography website. Have personal family information. 10 years worth of screenshots of all internet postings from all social media platforms. And I have proof they pass documents around.
They share the @rosieposie1956 or Richymonde or whatever they change it to next account that posts amusing anecdotes often photoshopped, about me every day and contact my followers.
This account regularly posts publicly and searchable by anyone that my hysteroscopies and hysterectomy are lies. These are fully grown men bullying a woman with long COVID and cancer.
These people are determined to get me charged again and again for anything by any means and will manipulate and gaslight police and the legal system to achieve this, they really don’t care. They don’t care about the law. They incite hate against me, spread misinformation online and offline.
People are trying to twist this into something it wasn’t but it was my landscape photography workshop business no one else’s. No one had access to my books or client data or day to day business.
They are obsessed with my old landscape photography workshop business which was deleted by me in 2016 due to a SM witch hunt during a very personal traumatic time. I’m now retired. That chapter of my life is now over and closed. It is no one else’s business.

Someone is this group has some legal knowledge and is able to write a document with enough fake “criminal points” to get through to COPFS and avoid police investigation. They don’t care about the law. It’s just done to get me sentenced for anything and if that doesn’t work they will try again with something else. This is a witch hunt. It is not stopping, it is vexatious litigation and I keep being charged and reported for things I just have not done. See here for years of policing, monitoring, abusive posts.

Funny how police say there are no charges against me then I do a SAR and find a bunch of fake charges on the police system and COPFS all from the same group of people.
Hugh Harrop and Noel Hawkins Ullapool will now keep me in a vicious cycle of false allegations, fake charges and vexatious litigations for the rest of my life.
Police Scotland, CPS and solicitors can’t do anything to stop this so if anything happens to me it’s on all of them too.
and now they interfere with my medical arrangements. They know they are doing this. They keep attacking me whilst I’ve been having operations to investigate possible cancer.

I’ve never known anything like it. These grown adult men attacking a woman, nearly 70, 5 3, who is having operations and treatment and biopsies for cancer. These grown men in Police Scotland knowing what was happening and allowing false allegations and fake charges to continue to COPFS. COPFS and the solicitor totally ignoring my visits to the medical centre were necessary appointments and absolutely nothing to do with Hawkins.
And if you are one of the women supporting his interference in my medical appointments, maybe spying for him in Ullapool or mocking and ridiculing me, then shame on you. Especially the ex nurses who would have known exactly why I was having frequent hysteroscopies to test for precancerous growths.
We need accurate transcripts in all courts. I was appalled when I received my SAR from COPFS that words had been added to the court minutes that had not been said in court while I was actually there.
Since when has it been acceptable for adult grown men to interfere with other people’s medical treatment.
14/2/25 So I’ve just heard from my consultant from Raigmore and my endometrial hyperplasia has worsened so we are talking cancer here hopefully caught early – not helped by the chronic stress of the false allegations and fake charges of Noel Hawkins Ullapool reporting all my visits to the medical centre as stalking.
26/2/25 full robotic hysterectomy in 2 months time. Have pre op date.
The exemplary consultants at Raigmore would not carry out hysteroscopies or robotic hysterectomies without solid medical facts so for these fully grown men through fake profiles to continue to say this is all fake is utterly despicable.
These people are trying to rewrite my history and gaslight the police and legal systems. If other people believe what they say without asking me for my side of the story then they immediately became their allies and bullies too.
