Orca Watch, Hugh Harrop and others below block me on all UK cetacean sightings and information. Then use deliberate misinformation hearsay to direct a hate vendetta witch hunt. All screenshots throughout this blog are from public posts searchable by anyone or forwarded to me.
This is a witch hunt. I am innocent. This is group bullying on a grand scale using police and legal system and vexatious litigations to intimidate and for process of punishment.
So I believe wildlife is for everyone to share and enjoy. Not to stop people from enjoying wildlife by gatekeeping and ostracising.

It’s lovely to see Birdguides and Birdtrack being used more for recording cetaceans as well as birds.
All views on all these pages are my own protected by Article 10 ECHR. I have felt fear, alarm, very distressed, harassed and hounded over the last ten years by the repeated SM hate attacks on me as stated in the pages here. and by the interference in my private life especially going through uterine cancer treatment and operations. I was harassed before, during and after my operations.

My photos stolen again. People attempt to get me arrested and sectioned by promoting false “mental health” issues. All done to shut a woman up. I’m not “allowed” to state all the people and organisations below and more gatekeep sightings orca watch, information and only certain people can see it. Never had any issues with RSPB Scotland RSPBEngland RSPBOrkney before but now they do not reply to general query 27/4/2023. Do not have a working complaints system. so they found someone who could fabricate a citation with enough criminal points to get to COPFS and by pass any police investigation because no one talked to me. And if you see his behaviour in Ullapool Sea Savers he basically did a DARVO after years of policing me and reporting me to the police.

The Sheriff also said as I hadn’t broken the 9 months good behaviour bond he was not going to award a non harassment order that Noel Hawkins had asked for. False allegation no 3. Again Police never spoke to me about this.
He claims I was standing outside his house, he was “told” by a friend who doesn’t know me I was there. He posted on SM and I made it clear the same day it couldn’t have been me unless he lived at Tescos I still don’t know where he lives because I don’t give a f. I’ve never met him in Ullapool nor been remotely interested in him. He made it up. As the police did not speak to me about this the last sentence is pure fiction.
As with the fake impersonation charge this was fabricated by people who can construct a citation with enough criminal points to get through to COPFS. In the impersonation allegation it was ex cops and someone with legal knowledge and I have proof of the ex cop offering his services. He has recently worked for the Highland Council as an Access Ranger covering the Highlands which includes Ullapool.
Hawkins stole my copyrighted portrait that was at least 10 years old to give to friends to “identify” me. This was passed to police Scotland and COPFS. I did not give anyone permission to use my copyrighted portrait.
COPFS are ignoring the falsification and incomplete email evidence submitted at trial. The emails to BDMLR in an attempt to stop his hate campaign had been submitted to my solicitors as evidence. As he flipped through the pages I saw the emails had been stripped of all his offensive screenshotsposted on social media. These included threats of physical violence against me ie deal with me, sort me out. He tampered with those emails that were submitted at trial. I accidentally found out the day of the trial.

All this has a name vexatious litigation. The process is the punishment. Men silencing women.
Policing by perception
I didn’t know until recently about policing by perception. The people reporting an issue can say anything they like without evidence. They can lie, say anything at all without evidence. It’s recorded as a NHCI (non hate crime incident) without you knowing and will affect future employment or volunteering in HR checks. Possibly getting a mortgage or renting property. You will not be contacted to discuss these and you won’t know anything is on the police system. There is no opportunity for you to have any input in this at any time. You cannot put your side of the issue forward.
It has been reported in many media outlets people are making vexatious reports over and over again just because they don’t like a person and who use continued reporting as a process of punishment.

Common knowledge via google he is an ex drug smuggler, got 5 years while his mates got 15.

and yes you’ve guessed it the same group of people have again reported me to the police and COPFS 18/12/2024 – no idea why.
June 2025. So this is a new trick. Someone in the group is signing me up to things via a web contact page using my email and leaving “a message “ in the subject box. So I get an unsolicited email to my email address which I’ve obviously not requested. They know I’m recovering from a major op. This is deliberate and just for fun. The same group of people.
All the same group of people constantly reporting, making false allegations, fake charges, all go to police, all go to COPFS. Never ends. They didn’t want to resolve it, wouldn’t accept the verdict and it goes on and on.
The ’gang’ have created many fake profiles with my name, harassed others telling them to report me and they then report the real me to the police. All without me doing anything.
ALWAYS POLICE INVOLVEMENT
For the 8th year I have been blocked and banned by these people, orca watch and organisations with no reasons given. I offer solutions, resolutions, negotiations to try and resolve this. I am stonewalled every time with constant reports to the police.

Two arrests by Hugh Harrop (Shetland Wildlife) who I have apologised to many times, and tried to resolve this but he ignored this and constantly called the police on me. January 2023 Searched, stripped down (you are stripped to one layer while you are waiting to be booked in in the public area with all male officers milling around) and 19 hours in a holding cell -first time for sharing a post on FB of a whale, asking why I was blocked and second time he wanted to know my email address – all trivial issues.
