At the Trial I asked to be put in a separate room. I did not want to be anywhere near the accuser.
Put in a side room. There was no audio or link at the Trial so I had no idea what was being said in court. The solicitors came in, again not telling me what was said or what they said.
They went back into court, came into the room. Again not telling me anything that was said in court nor what they said. They said you have to plead guilty to either stalking or breach of the peace. I said no as I haven’t done either. Forced to plead guilty to breach of the peace as the solicitors would not re enter court unless I chose.
I have never been abusive nor threatening to anyone in Ullapool or anywhere for that matter.
Also I noticed that the emails submitted to my solicitors as evidence had been stripped of all the offensive screenshots associated with the accuser from socials.
I was given a 6 month good behaviour bond. In that time have had further public false allegations attributed to me, still policed and monitored. I have all the public screenshots from them etc. posted on my birthday too which the group usually do. BTO and RPS have also been bombarded in public posts trying to get me removed.
Even on the trial day a new blog from TF popped up. Google have now removed the fake blog page.
I’ve been having treatment for abnormal growths in my uterus for some time now. I’m not remotely interested in anyone. I now can’t pick up letters for my hysteroscopy checks or repeat prescriptions from the medical centre. And this is against my human rights. Every time I do it is reported online or otherwise for being seen driving in the area.
I need investigation and treatment. Collect my NHS appointments for hysteroscopies, and have usual appointments but I can’t do this now. I collect my repeat prescriptions from Boots, shop at Tescos, go on the ferry and all these instances have been reported as section 39(1).
Never knew how much I was being spied on in Ullapool.
Also I still need the authorities to explain to me how for over 3 years, these men can stalk, police, harass, threaten, conduct a witch-hunt against me (a 66 year old woman with ongoing medical investigations), put public ‘wanted’ photos of my motorhome on the internet, get people to report me to them, threaten to deal with me, try to force the police to arrest and section me, try to charge with harassing and abusing children, involve MSPs (and I tried to report all this to Police Scotland but was ignored) all this and then does a DARVO, reports me to Police Scotland for a false allegation of stalking and since the trial STILL makes further public false allegations obviously attrubuted to me, still polices and monitors me publicly and I’m the one who is forced to go to court using my pension savings for this false allegation. (£20,000)
I’m still being policed and monitored publicly to this day. Being under constant surveillance and monitoring by strangers is against my human rights.
I have no multitude of aliases, that is the biggest lie being put about by people creating false allegations about me. Find the IP address of fake ids or do proper investigation before making further false accusations and spreading misinformation for malicious purposes.
I more concerned with getting treatment for breakthrough bleeding and abnormal growths than spending wasteless time on socials as these people seem to be doing making baseless accusations.
And the harassment and public false allegations continue day after day. Lots of ex nurses who you would have thought would recognise what hysteroscopies are for and why I am having regular checks.
In the age of misogyny and treatment of women this says it all really. This is a public post. The public like is by Hawkins. Funny how the joke of rape seems to be the answer to everything. Do you think the men in the Gisele Pelicot trial talked like this too. This is the first toxic step – degrading women.
